Most universities, with the exception of some state/local universities, require you to submit a teacher/counselor letter of recommendation on your Common App account. To invite your counselor, first ensure that the "Education" portion under the "Common App" heading is filled out with your high schoo Now, you may invite your counselor to submit a letter. Head to the "My Colleges" section of your account and select a university/college that requires you to submit a counselor recommendation. Click on "Recommenders and FERPA." You must agree to FERPA and waive your right to view the letter of recommendation before proceeding. In the case you need a Counselor Recommendation, please ask your guidance counselor for assurance to proceed. Then, click add counselor to populate their information. They will then receive an invite. If your teacher/counselor asks for a College Recommendation form, you will find it here. |
